If you need to return your JTL Designs purchase, we offer full refunds or exchanges on all regular priced items within 10 BUSINESS days of delivery. The items must:
Be unworn and in the original condition 
  • Have been shipped to an address in the United States
  • Have been delivered to you within the last 7 days
  • Not be a FINAL SALE
Return/Exchange Process
  1. Request a return or refund
    • Send an email to to request a return authorization.
    • Give the item description, the reason for the return, and state whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
    • We will respond to you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to include with your return and a prepaid shipping label.
  1. Pack and ship your return
    • Repack the item in the original packaging with the invoice and RMA
    • Save the tracking number provided to track your return.
